ピンセット:　　Cotton plier
英語で “pincett（ピンセット）” と言っても、何のこと？という感じになります。Plier　だけになりますと、矯正用のワイヤーを曲げるためのプライヤーになってしまうので、必ず　”cotton plier” と言って下さい。

ロールワッテ：　　Cotton roll
ワッテはご存知のようにドイツ語です。ロールケーキのように巻いてあるコットン（脱脂綿）という考えでいいのではないですか？

Doctor:  Hello, ______________ (patient’s name).  I’m Dr. ___________.  Nice to meet you (shake hand).  What brings you here today?  

OR

Doctor:  Hello, ______________ (patient’s name).  I’m Dr. ___________.  Nice to meet you (shake hand).  How can I help you today?

挨拶は患者さんの目を見て、握手をしっかりしながらします。「今日はどうされたのですか？」という表現は “What brings you here today?”　とか　”How can I help you today?”　のどちらでもいいと思います。
